Contractual duties

Our general terms define the contractual duties of MASTER1 SRL and it’s customers.
Sales prices are intended as unit net prices and correspond to what published on the website; they might be subjected to temporary offers or discounts according to company's sales policy.
In the International Trade there isn’t VAT CHARGE.
Transport costs are subject to individual calculation. Quotation are given according to size and weight of the delivery and destination post code.

Delivery

Delivery of products will be made using our boxes with the stamp MADE IN ITALY and the Italian flag. According to the number and sizes of the products ordered, they could be packed single or on pallets.
All goods delivered will remain property of MASTER1 SRL until they are fully paid by the customer.

Return policy

Customers must always check the packaging is intact, undamaged and not altered in any case upon delivery of the goods.
Any complaint must be notified to the sales dept. within 48 hours from the delivery with adequate pictures of the problem.
Complaint received after that time will not be accepted

In case of evident manufacturing problems

  • Send clear pictures of the damage together with your complaint
  • Wheels to be returned cannot be used or mounted
  • Wheels must be sent back to our warehouse duly packed and protected and in their original boxes as quickly as possible. Transport costs will be at customer's own charge
  • Once received the item(s) and verified the manufacturing problem, the company will proceed with the refund of all the proven costs

In case of transport damages

  • Customer must always check the boxes are intact before accepting the delivery
  • In case of damage, we strongly advice not to accept the delivery and contact us ASAP
  • Should you wish to accept the delivery, damages must be immediately notified to the carrier by writing “goods accepted under reserve + reason of the reserve (i.e. damaged box, scratches etc)" on the proper delivery document
  • Once the forwarder's documents have been signed, the customer will not be able to contest any of the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
  • Wheels must be sent back to our warehouse duly packed and protected and in their original boxes as quickly as possible. Transport costs will be at customer's own charge
  • Once received the item(s) and verified the problem, the company will proceed with the refund of all the proven costs
